Meditation is an opportunity for you to begin to quiet the mind and catch a glimpse of your true nature. By mindfully dis-identifying from your thoughts,your body, your social status, etc. we begin to touch the stillness where inner peace lies.
Despite being used as a spiritual tool, the "by-products" of meditation are numerous and very positive. You can use meditation for relaxation, sleep problems, manifesting things into your life, cultivating a more aware and peaceful way to interact with the world, changing your relationship to pain, and many others. There are some products related to meditation that I personally use and find extremely beneficial that I will also present for you.
